RPG.net: As one hand gets a slap on the wrist, the other gets a thumbs up

So, yesterday your favorite Misfit got temporarily banned from RPG.net. Basically what happened was I let a bad mood get the better of me and I rose to the bait of a guy who makes a habit of such behavior (I believe I called him an ignorant, petulant child or something like that because of how he was well, frankly, acting like an ignorant, petulant child. Go figure.)  My bad for not turning the other cheek, so I’ll not be (virtually) walking the sandy beaches of RPG.net for two weeks. This affects the business only in so far as I won’t be the one posting Misfit Studios product release announcements there during that time.

On another, less silly note, there’s one thumb up in the air because I’ve had a positive response to a query I sent out earlier this week to another game company regarding entering a print partnership deal to get some of Misfit Studios‘ products out there on paper via a means other than Lulu. Right now everything is all very preliminary, but looks good, thus only the one thumb being up. Hopefully the details will get ironed out over the coming weeks and I’ll not only be able to give both thumbs up, but release details on the who, when and how. But for now, keep hope alive that selected Misfit Studios products may be coming to a retailer near you (or as near as your browser for you online shoppers.)
