interesting topic there , myself i believe its a mix between the file size in megs and page size and how many pages are required core printout pages. in fact for most books like this as far as i can make out about a quarter is really all a person with good memory really needs to get enjoyment from there books. ( note im an artist so im going by watching games here ok) a key thing with online is people want controllable file size that compare well to the content ie good image quality but under X amount of megs etc.

I make the trek to Kinkos to have all of my large pdf.'s printed and bound so file size is unimportant. If they are under 30 pages I can print them myself and center staple them with what I own.

I guess the bottom line is as long as the content is good I'll make the hard copy work for me.
