From the PHB:
pg80 and 81
Two-Weapon Fighting: the benefit is listed as the requirement
Still Caster: the benefit and requirement are listed together under requirement
Also, based on the requirements listed, should the following Talents be NPC only:
Additional Limbs, Damning Faith, Infernal Source (Lesser), Possess Weapon.

I was trying to use the PHB to build Zadok (the Neomage example on Page 41) as a test to make sure that I understood what I was doing and I found something that didn't make sense.
1) Zadok is shown with the skill: Concentration 5 (+7). Concentration is based off of Wisdom and Zadok's Wisdom Bonus is +0. Where did the additional +2 come from? I couldn't find any talent or other ability that would do this. Did I miss something?
His +4 to BCE was also confusing until I figured out that Enhanced Vessel was giving him the bonus. It would have been helpful to have the math for each characteristic clearly spelled out for newbs.
