With Alexander's unremarkable strength, the pile of stuff he's carrying looks like it will push him into encumbrance territory, even with the useful properties of the pack and combat webbing. And he'd like to have at least a little bit of occult supplies along. (Cannister of salt, quartz pendant, bare minimum ritual tools, a couple vials of black powder, and if Section 51 is willing to provide a little bit of powdered human bone.)

If we're using the fatigue from encumbrance rules in the corebook, this means he won't be able to walk very far with all of it (d4 EP every 10 minutes would exhaust him in under 3 hours). If so, he'll probably try to ditch some of the kit.

That's the stuff you're fitted with and, as part of a SpecForce unit, keep on-site in your barracks in a locked chain "cage" area. You don't need to bring it all on a mission, plus you can requisition other gear if needed.
