Problem with OP POD order
Posted: Mon May 01, 2006 2:14 pmLulu recently informed me that they were having problems running off an order despite it having printed numerous times before. It seems that they sometimes switch orders between different printers that aren't entirely compatible, so the PDF's settings may be fine for one and not the other. It seems one of their printers didn't like a particular font while the other had no problems running it off.
Unfortunately they waited quite some time to let me know of this, so I know at least one order has since been cancelled because the customer was waiting so long for Lulu to mention the delay. Anyway, I've since talked with their IT to be CERTAIN the PDF will print on all their printers. If anyone had an order cancelled because of this problem, you should now be good.
