Is Spiros Blaak Sourcebook available for purchase?

I have checked the Green Ronin site and Amazon.com and was wondering is the sourcebook indeed out for purchase?

Not yet.
Osseum's implosion screwed up many things, including SpirosBlaak's release. Had that not happened, it would have been out for a few months now. Things are getting sorted out now that GR has signed up with Alliance, so we're expecting it soon. About a month behind SpirosBlaak's release will come the first PDF/POD book from Misfit Studios (woohoo!), which we've been sitting on for a while now because of the delay.

With Green Ronin's release of the core setting at Origins, we should have the first PDF sourcebook out by the first of August. This book will expand on the weapons found in the core setting, especially the black powder weapons. Within will be all manner of funky guns, cannons and mortars, not to mention suitable magic items, feats, new skill uses and prestige classes.
Although the new material will be great for anyone playing SpirosBlaak, this book will be just about the most detailed material for black powder weapons yet released for d20, and it will have all the information needed to use those weapons in ANY d20 setting.
