The City of Enlightenment is the most educated and civilized city of the Archduchy, if not all Dracos. There is no greater repository of knowledge than the Grand Library of Zoetha and few places of learning to match the city's varied schools and colleges. Marks from the Witch Lords' tyrannical destruction can still be seen throughout the city, though, despite centuries between that evil and now.
