I've consolidated Misfit Studios' open call for writers into a single email. Here's the info:

Pay is $40 USD per 5K words via Paypal (final size per project to be discussed with each pitch.)

We specifically welcome ideas for the following product lines:


  • Armageddon
  • Witchcraft
  • Odyssey Prime (Unisystem and d20 Modern)
  • AFMBE
  • OGL Barbarian
  • SpirosBlaak
  • Powered by Spycraft
  • General d20 Fantasy/Modern/Sci-Fi
  • M&M Superlink


If you have ideas for something not on this list, pitch it anyway and perhaps you'll convince us to give it a shot.


Contact me at trustrum@misfit-studios.com with a brief pitch of a paragraph or two for each idea, with a word count estimation.

Man, you don't know what you're missing! While I think the interior art is far from great, I just got my grubby hands on Starship Troopers today, which uses an OGL system. Sweetness abounds.

I'm pretty much always willing to look at submissions. It's just that some systems are more likely than others--anything for Unisystem is on hold at the moment, for instance, because of communications difficulties and delays between Eden and I.
