What’s Going on with Misfit Studios
We released seven new stock art pieces of various sizes and topics in June. Adding to that was a new creature for the Castles & Crusades RPG, a new archetype apiece for the Mutants & Masterminds 3e and Darwin’s World RPGs, and the much-awaited Bestiary of Passion for the Pathfinder RPG.
We also started selling digital products on Itch.io as an experiment.

Crawthorne’s Catalog of Creatures: Infected Zombie
Each release for Crawthorne’s Catalog of Creatures for Castles & Crusades delivers a single, new creature presented by the famous and retired monster hunter and adventurer, Lord Crawthorne. Each release presents game stats for the new creature, plus three adventure seeds for your game.
Within, you’ll find Infected Zombie, an incomprehensible ooze that seems to be the manifest essence of evil itself. Able to possess living hosts to get about, slowly rotting them from within, this foul entity is difficult to understand, stop, or contain. Some believe it June even be the source of all evil, or the blood or other remnants of a dead god!

Supernatural Supers & Metahuman Mystics: Freak Maker
This release for Supernatural Supers & Metahuman Mystics provides you with a new archetype, the Freak Maker. A Freak Maker is a mortal capable of creating new life with the aid of science. By pushing the boundaries of what mortal knowledge and experimentation can achieve, these characters walk on ground normally reserved for gods (and it often goes to their heads.)
Includes a base Freak Maker archetype template so you can more easily and quickly make mad scientist characters of your own, as well as guidelines on their origins, appearance, personality, talents, and knowledge. Also provided are sample “freaks” to get you started. Rounding out the product is a sample Freak Maker character, Doctor Freak, along with his creations, Big Gary, Little Gary, and his gremlin assistants.
