Exceptional Art from Eric Lofgren
Let me come right out and say that I couldn’t be happier that Eric Lofgren is now working with Misfit Studios to provide top quality art for small press publishing and game prop use. When Misfit Studios first started looking for artists in 2003, Eric Lofgren did the art for the first cover image we ordered. Since then, Eric has worked with us by doing all the art for our popular Better Mousetrap project for Mutants & Masterminds (which is soon to be updated for third edition, including new art from Eric), and now Misfit Studios and Eric are working on plans for new collaborations for the future. Part of that is us helping bring Eric’s art to other small press publishers. We are starting off this new relationship with two great pieces.
Eric Lofgren Presents a Dwarf Warrior
This high-quality, fully colour 1/4 page artwork shows a dwarf warrior in expectation of some threat. He looks ready to kick ass, take names, and have more than a few mugs of ale afterwards. The image is provided in both JPG and TIF formats at 300 dpi, and measures 4.6 x 6″.
Eric Lofgren Presents a Dragonman Warrior
This black and white 1/4 page artwork shows a dragonman/kin warrior in profile, just itching for a fight. Don’t just fear his axe because he looks like he’d have no problems picking his teeth with a character’s bones once he was done with them. The image is provided in both JPG and TIF formats at 300 dpi, and measures 4x 5″.
Eric Lofgren is a well-known industry professional whose talent has appeared in various projects, across numerous genres, for companies such as Paizo Publishing, White Wolf, Alderac Entertainment Group, Neca Online, Privateer Press, Monte Cook Games, Fantasy Flight Games, and Catalyst Labs are probably the biggest to date. He was also one of the first artists Misfit Studios worked with.
